A starter rail as an alternative to the first row of clips. Either works, but some installers will find the start profile more convenient.
A perforated ventilation profile to install along the bottom that keeps out large insects while ensuring airflow.
Self-adhesive EPDM joint tape to protect the wooden sub-construction and create a more even appearance by replacing the bright color of cut wood with a soft matte black.
