HR Business Partner Operations

We would like to strengthen our team with an HR Business Partner for Operations (350 employees).
What are we looking for?
As an HR Business Partner you will work together with Director Operations and his management team to reinforce the organization to enable further growth. You are at the same time a sparring partner for the director and you coach and advise the line managers in their role as owners of their teams and talent. You challenge them to do the right thing for the business and the employees.
Trespa is constantly changing and is looking for ways to further professionalize its people and organization agenda to enable the growth of the business. In the coming years, the focus in this role will therefore be on co-developing and implementing programs around succession planning, talent development, recruitment and selection and performance management. Sustainable employability and line management development are also of great importance for our operations organization.
You are a strong and energetic sparring partner for the line managers. Someone who thinks in terms of possibilities and provides them with practical and result-oriented advice at all times. You listen and show empathy when the situation needs it. You dare to hold up a mirror to management and set boundaries in what can and cannot be done. You are one of the driving forces in change processes, address managers and employees about their responsibilities, facilitate a process to find solutions in case of conflicts and differences of opinions and you stimulate diversity. In this position it is important to find the right balance between acting as a business partner for management and executing and coordinating more operational HR matters.
